CAA351 Vibrating VGF / Screen, 1.28 m x 3.0 m

Description

CAA351 Vibrating VGF / Screen, 1.28 m x 3.0 m (4 ft x 9.8 ft), double deck, c/w vibrator motors and poly panels. Suitable for screening Mineral Ore at a rate of 700 tph with a Bulk Density of 1 600 Kg/m³. The machine is equipped with two decks of extra heavy duty poly panels and 10 mm side liners right down the sides. Top deck panels apertures are 175 x 75 EHD Black rubber (ex Multotec). Bottom deck panels apertures are 110 x 50 EHD Green PVC (ex Multotec). The top deck feed plate (dead box area) is approximately 250 mm long and the bottom deck feed plate (dead box area) is approximately 700 mm long. The twin vibrator motors are 7,5 kW – 8 pole – 525 Volt. The screen is supported below on rubber steel coil springs. Gauteng, R684 210 (08-03-2016) [19-06-2019]
