The contact details of prospective buyers, sellers, and advertisers provided through TradePost are confidential and supplied on the understanding that TradePost is entitled to compensation for facilitating the introduction.

By accepting and acting on this information, both parties acknowledge and agree to the TradePost VAT Policy outlined below.

VAT on TradePost Commission

Commission charged by TradePost is subject to the following VAT conditions:

• Commission payable by customers located outside the borders of South Africa is excluded from South African VAT.
• Commission received from customers within South Africa is subject to VAT.
• VAT is payable on TradePost’s commission regardless of whether VAT applies to the transaction between the buyer and seller.

Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the responsible party or parties being removed from the TradePost system and restricted from using TradePost services in the future.
